The Challenge
Super-Pharm, Israel’s largest and leading drugstore chain, came to us with an interesting challenge: how to take their private label brand Life and build it into a brand that doesn’t just compete with leading brands but leads innovation and demonstrates true uniqueness.
The Innovation
We guided the company from concept formation through product development to shelf presentation and developed the Life Wellness series – an innovative breakfast cereal line based on a scientifically proven “satiety” concept. The uniqueness? An advanced formula containing 3 times the dietary fiber and 2 times the protein compared to leading brands in the breakfast cereal category.
This innovative development, which received European Commission approval, marked a breakthrough in the breakfast cereal category and positioned the Life private label as an innovation pioneer. For the first time, a private brand isn’t just responding to the market but initiating and leading significant industry change.
